Population Wheat is grown on farms in France and Belgium, shipped to Heritage Grand by sailboat and milled on site and used in many menu items. Heritage Grand is meeting the growing demand for sustainable, transparent, and nutrient-rich food by bringing heritage grains and old-world baking practices into the modern menu.
